This has happened on both my S3's (648 OLED) in the last few days: I initiate a transfer of a recording from my S3 that is my HDXL, but once the checkmark appears, it will hang there indefinitely with the TiVo background video still playing instead of going to the next screen confirming success of starting the transfer. None of the buttons will have any effect. Only disconnecting power and reconnect for reboot will bring TiVo back from the dead. Then transfers work as should. But a few days later, the same hanging when attempting to transfer happened again and I had to do another hard reboot. In the last few days this has happened twice with one box and once with the other box. This has never happened to me in all the years I have had my S3 648's.
Anyone else out there with same or similar experience? With all the neutering TiVo has done on the S3, I can't help but sense that TiVo may be intentionally tripping up the S3's. Why now such a problem when it has been flawless for many years. It does not seem unreasonable to be suspicious.
