Winmfs - mfs reformatted - hard disk replacement

I have two TiVo Model 3 Australia and the hard disk in the oldest one died with the green screen of death. I had a new WD 1TB which I installed and the TiVo reset ok but the step I couldn't complete was the one where I create the image for the tcd663000 with winmfs.

Is winmfs and Mfs reformatted one and the same?
I have Windows 7 pc so I think I need wings.
went to Mfslive.org and got redirected.....bummer
I'd like to backup my one working TiVo and use its Image to restore the second TiVo.
