Anybody have a broken S3 with lifetime?

I'm looking for another series 3 TiVo. Right now there's several on E-bay that I'm watching, but I figured I'd ask here too in case anyone has a broken one in their basement they'd be willing to get rid of cheap.

I'd be interested in a unit with dead (or missing) hard drive, or refusing to power on (bad power supply). I've fixed S3 power supplies before, and I plan on using an SSD (with suggestions turned off) in it, so I don't care about the hard drive at all.
